We are excited to share that all orders over $150 will be free. All other orders will be subject to shipping fee’s which will be calculated at the time of check out.

All orders placed are dropped off to carrier within 24 hours of order. Please note that orders placed after 12:00AM PST on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).

Orders shipped regular ground shipping (first class), usually take 3 to 10 business days. This does not include processing time.

USPS Priority Mail usually takes 3 to 5 business days (though not guaranteed by the post office)

USPS Express Mail usually takes 2-3 business days.

We do not make promises on delivery days, simply because once it is dropped off to the carrier it is out of our control.

Keep in mind shipping times are based on shipping date, this does not include processing time (which is 1 business days, not including weekend and holidays).

**During busy holiday seasons and/or bad weather, delays can always occur.

Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can also access your tracking number by logging into your secure Marina Fit account. Please allow up to 24 hours from the time you receive your tracking number for activity updates. Delays may occur due to weather or Holidays, which are beyond our control.

If the package gets returned to us we will contact you and issue a refund you for the item(s) that were returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We ship only to addresses provided at checkout, if the address is different and the package gets delivered to the address provided or if the tracking from USPS shows delivered, Marina Fit will not be liable.

Monitor your tracking information closely to stay informed about the package's movement throughout the shipping process.

Confirm that the delivery address is occupied by someone who can accept the package.

Due to an increase in package theft, it is important to take necessary steps to ensure you can receive the delivery at either your home, workplace, or a PO Box.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the order date. Please note that Holiday and Sales Items cannot be returned. Kindly remember that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. 

Please email us at marinafit@icloud.com within 30 days from your order date, please be sure to include your order number and reason for the return.

Once the return or exchange has been initiated you will receive an email with your return label and instructions.

Keep in mind shipping costs are non-refundable.

Anything purchased on the website with a sale price will be considered FINAL SALE. This includes Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. However, you can easily return your item within 30 days of your order date for a different size, color or style. Simply send it back to us and place a new order at your convenience. Once we receive your package, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and process the return.
